ROADSTER AI

Privacy policy

Roadster AI uses your submitted photo and scene settings to prepare your requested video. You can explore the examples without uploading a photo or creating an account. Police Stop and Traffic Jam use a person or pet photo; Ramp Car uses a vehicle or object photo.

Your photo and video

Choosing a photo displays it locally in your browser. It uploads when you save an order. Your photo may be sent to a video generation provider to fulfill that order. Order media is accessed through private order authorization.

Your order and optional email

We keep order, payment and fulfillment records to provide the video, manage support and prevent duplicate purchases. An email address is optional and is used for your order and delivery updates. Payment details are handled by the payment provider.

Keep your private link safe

Your private order link grants access to the order. Anyone holding the complete link may access it. Do not publish or share it. Browser storage and necessary cookies help you return to your order.

Public-page statistics

When configured on the official site, Umami measures visits to public pages independently of optional order diagnostics. It receives a public page path, a permitted campaign label and the origin of an external referring site. It does not receive your photo, email, filenames, private order URLs, recovery tokens or the contents of other URL parameters. We respect Do Not Track and an explicit statistics opt-out. Private order and account pages are excluded.

Optional journey diagnostics

You choose whether to allow optional journey diagnostics. They record steps, scene choices, example interactions and error codes to improve photo selection, payment and delivery. They exclude your email, photos, filenames, private media URLs and order access tokens. Declining diagnostics does not affect ordering or fulfillment. We respect Do Not Track and diagnostic opt-out preferences. These controls are separate from public-page statistics.

Downloads and support

Your completed video is available to download for the period shown on your order. Download your own copy before it expires. If you need help with your data or order, keep the order number and use the support details provided with your order or payment receipt.
